Educate A Child
Educate a Child is a program of the Education Above All Foundation. It aims to reach out-of-school children facing barriers including discrimination, conflict, geographic challenges, and climate change.
Together, EAC and imagine1day have launched the groundbreaking and influential Leaders, Educators, and Parents (LEAP) project to train influential community leaders, parents, teachers, and student associations to enroll out-of-school children through back-to-school campaigns. The partnership has also constructed new schools, and water points, and provides scholastic materials.

Costa foundation
The Costa Foundation’s mission is to improve the life chances of boys and girls in coffee growing communities by providing the opportunity of a safe, quality education and our vision is to eradicate poverty in coffee growing communities.
The Costa foundation and imagine1day have created a long and fruitful partnership, together the two have focused on the construction or expansion of 44 schools (primary, high school, and prep) to date. The partnership has also created the ‘Educate a Girl’ program which identifies outstanding girls, who would be unable to afford high school. Their first-year costs including rent, school material, and other relevant expenses are covered by the partnership. All the while, their parents receive business training, allowing them to fully support and take involvement in the rest of their childs‘ education.

Lightyear Leadership
Lightyear leadership allows people to feel confident in themselves, liberated in their choices, and supported by the community. The program helps equip participants with goal setting, visualization, and accountability tools.
Together, Lightyear Leadership and imagine1day have develop their Leadership program in Ethiopia, providing education to thousands of influential Ethiopian figures and community members. Lightyear also helps to fundraise for school construction.

UNCIEF, funded by FCDO, focuses on helping imagine1day provide essential accelerated learning programs for children whose education has been affected by conflict, droughts, or other displacement related disasters. They also provide child protection services for vulnerable children, and Gender based violence protection.
UNCIEF, funded by the LEGO Foundation, strengthens local authority systems on education. They provide formal and informal scholastic material and provide manuals to help education systems and condensed curriculum work.
UNICEF, funded by the EU focuses on primary learning preparedness through accelerated learning programs, and accelerated school readiness.
UNICEF and the EU work together to protect and promote children’s rights. Together, the two organizations focus on the wellbeing of children and young people by investing in life-changing childhood programs.

Light for the World
Light for the World is a European confederation of development NGOs ranging from eye health care service, community-based rehabilitation, disability mainstreaming, inclusive education, and neglected tropical diseases.
Light for the world focuses on the ever-important water, sanitation, and hygiene pillar. The partnership constructs waterpoints, provides community WASH training, and provides behavioral change training in regard to sanitation and hygiene.
International Rescue
The IRD aims to help people whose lives are shattered by conflict and disaster, to survive, recover, and control their future. With the Lego foundation, they provide meaningful grants to encourage children to engage in lifelong learning.
The International Rescue Committee, funded by the LEGO foundation provides formal and informal education through play. They further focus on rehabilitating damaged schools, water points, construction of menstrual health management rooms, and latrines.
The IRC also provides child protection case management and holistic education to staff and stakeholders, provides non-food items to vulnerable children (including clothes and mattresses).
Plan International
Plan international advances children’s rights and promotes equality for girls. Their goal is to empower children, drive change in policy, work with communities to prepare for and respond to crisis and support the safe progression of children throughout their lives.
PLAN international, funded by ECHO provides scholastic materials for formal and informal students through accelerates school readiness programs (ASR), a non-formal education which provides students a two-month learning program before grade 1. They further support the Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) for children aged 6-10, allowing them to receive grade 1 and 2 education over the span of 10 months.
Lastly, they assist with the rehabilitation of damaged schools in Northern regions and the construction of temporary learning spaces.

OCHA coordinates the global emergency response to save and protect those in humanitarian crisis. The EHF responds to disasters and distributes necessary funds to international and national NGOs. Funding is coordinated, flexible, and principled.
Geneva Global
ECW is the first and only global multilateral fund dedicated to education in emergencies aimed at the child and youth crisis; ECW is an independent global fund.
Geneva Global, funded by Education Cannot Wait, provides speedy schools accelerated learning programs. They provide training for staff and stakeholders on speedy schools’ curriculums and provide school feeding programs.
Save the Children
Save the children contributes to the well-being of Ethiopian children in development and humanitarian crisis with a goal of sustainable change, through a multitude of pillars.
Save the Children provides accelerated learning programs, training, scholastic materials, and school teaching-learning materials including blackboards, desks, and reference books.
COOPI Cooperazione Iternazionale
COOPI aims to help fight poverty, intervene in emergencies, asset with reconstruction, provide education, nutrition, and water sanitation.
COOPI, funded by OCHA focuses on accelerated learning through the accelerated learning program (ALP) and the accelerated school readiness program (ASR). They fund and provide school materials such as chairs and tables for these schools and provide key training for staff and stakeholders on ALP/ASR methodologies and curriculums.

GOAL works towards a world where poverty no longer exists, and vulnerable communities are resilient. They focus on many pillars including sustainability, food, healthcare, and crises.

The Embassy of Canada to Ethiopia focuses on empowering girls to overcome harmful traditional practice and engage influential community leaders on gender equality issues.
The Canadian Embassy to Ethiopia focuses on funding the building of schools and providing reference books for school children.
