In April, together with our partners Lightyear Leadership (formerly igolu), we elevated our leadership development to the next level: We took 350 influential Ethiopian figures through Lightyear’s three-day course in integrated leadership and personal legacy.

Held simultaneously in three regions of Ethiopia, we taught attendees self-empowerment, integrity and accountability, and equipped them with the tools to work together, unleash their creativity and influence others.

After three days of intensive development, we left 350 influential figures committed to creating a legacy for themselves, their country, and the world. The training is over, but the impact has only just begun.
